Ready for something new? Watchauren’s trade-in program allows you to use the value of your current timepiece towards the purchase of any watch in our inventory. It’s the seamless way to refresh your collection without the hassle of selling first.

HOW TO TRADE-IN A WATCH

SELECT & SUBMIT:

Find the watch you want to buy from our collection. Then, fill out the trade-in form with details of the watch you wish to trade.

RECEIVE TRADE VALUE:

We will provide a trade-in value for your watch and the balance difference required to complete the purchase.

SHIP & INSPECT:

Send us your trade-in watch using our insured label. We will inspect it to confirm authenticity and ensure the condition matches your description. For customers in Toronto or Montreal, in-person appointments are also available.

COMPLETE THE EXCHANGE:

Once verified, you pay the remaining balance (if any), and we ship your new timepiece to you immediately. For customers in Toronto or Montreal, this step can also be completed in person.

Can I trade multiple watches for one?

Absolutely. You can trade in several timepieces towards the purchase of a single, higher-value watch (Grail watch).

What if my watch is worth more than the one I want to buy?

If your trade-in is valued higher than the watch you are purchasing, Watchauren will pay you the difference.

Do you accept trades for watches not currently in stock?

If you don't see the exact watch you want, let us know. We can source specific models and still apply your trade-in value towards that sourced piece.
